The name "Ephiram Dilly" is very likely "Ephraim Dilley" - a known Rev. War Pensioner, and my direct ancestor. He & wife Lucy are buried in Senecaville OH cemetery, Guernsey Cty. Footnote has several documents with the "Ephraim Dilley" spelling. The "e" of Dilley is occasionally omitted in various early documents.

I knew your Mom and Step Father in E Aurora and they spoke of your AF Career and how proud they were of you. I located your name on the wall when visiting Washington and remembered the enjoyable times with your parents. Thank you for serving our country. Dr. Frank E. Bartscheck E. Amherst, NY
