Within this title are reproduced images of compiled service records of Confederate soldiers who served in military organizations raised directly or otherwise formed by the Confederate Government and who therefore are not identified with any one state. Two or three of these organizations seem to have been originally considered to be units of the regular Confederate Army. They contain card abstracts of entries relating to each soldier as found in original muster rolls, returns, rosters, payrolls, and more. Continue…

Annotation added: This is David Theodorick PARTLOW, born 4 Jul 1828 NC, died 6 Jun 1897 York Co., SC, a son of Boswell/Bozel and Elizabeth [PETTUS] PARTLOW. David married first about 1850 Margaret Melinda CAROTHERS; second wife about 1872 Sarah Elizabeth FARRIS.
