Press clippings collected from 1942 to 1960 by the Public Information Department of the 13th Naval District, headquartered at Seattle. They offer contemporary accounts and photographs of Pacific Fleet sailors engaged in wars; national defense; as well as daily life, and sometimes trouble, in the Puget Sound region.
