I have a Barnett Vandervort born 1777 in New York State. His daughter Cynthia's second husband was Theodore washington Moore, born in Ohio. Barnett and his daughter came to Muskingum Co., Ohio where she met Theodore. I'm wondering if The Barnett Vandevort b 1817 in Ohio could be any relation to my Vandervort family. I know the spelling is different, but there still could be a link.
