These records are listed as W R Weems but I beleive they should be William King Weems. Corrona is a community close to Brice's Crossroads battlefield and the Weems lived in the area. If you go to the Tippah County Confederates web page you will find " A Simple Story of a Soldier" by a Hanks of Guntown, MS. He talked about being captured along with a W K Weems of Baldwyn, MS.
