Among other things Joey taught me how to burn ants with a magnifying glass on the sidewalk in front of our grandma's house. Pure Joey! I miss him.

I guess what I remember most about Joey is that he was a Happy - go - lucky kind of kid. He always seemed to be running off to some place. I remember mornings of Joey sitting on the couch watching, with his feet up, cartoons eating his bowl of cereal. Joey was had passion, a rare gift, in whatever he put his mind into like cars. Something that comes to my mind when I think of Joey is "A candle that burns twice as bright, only lasts half as long" Joey's light shinned very brightly, indeed. Thank you Joey for touching my life.

I didn't know Joey personally, I only know all the wonderful things that I've heard over the past years from family & friends, and how he is truly missed. Who I do know, is the wonder daughter that he created and how blessed we are to have her in our family. I'm sure as he looks down on her and follows her every move he is very proud of her and honored to be her father.

joey was such a great guy and so full of life, he was somebody that nobody would forget, I still remember the day of his funeral how much he was loved by looking around at all the people and especially all of the girls. I can always picture his bronco coming down the road all full of mud headed to the car wash. He is missed so much and never forgotten to this day, I was lucky to have met Joey. He was such a nice, caring, respectful, handsome man.

Joey was always smiling. Even when things were not going his way. He loved cars, trucks, motorcycles and going to the races. He had a boyish charm and a way of getting the girls. :-) Joey died in 1992. At the time he was working as a roofer. He was working on an apartment building and he fell 3 stories to his death. Joey had a daughter Courtney who was less than a year old at the time.
