The Propes Family has held a reunion in Henderson Texas each year since the mid-1950's.

The Propes Family Reunion is held in Henderson Texas every summer. In recent years, some of our Georgia cousins have come to the reunion. You should have been there to see them looking at newspaper photos of the 1959 reunion. "There's my daddy!" is a fairly common phrase, but not coming from a man 75 years old. The thread that connects our past to our present is still easy to see when you gather with your relatives and have pictures going back almost half a century.
