Gladys Lavenia STONER-HANDIBOE

Gladys Lavenia STONER-HANDIBOE, the daughter of a STONER-SMITH, of Prince Georges Co., Maryland.

Her father was a Harry LeRoy STONER,Sr & her only sibling was a Harry Leroy STONER, Jr. . Glady's mother was a Edith Dorothy LITTLE-STONER, who's mother's maiden name was SMITH.  Glady's worked from the US Governement, beginning in the 1940's in Washington DC. She retired from the US Governement Dept., of Social Security, sometime in the 1980's and received a pension.  She married-her only marriage was to a John DeWitt HANDIBOE, that was his second marriage-his first was to a Irma WRIGHT-HANDIBOE-O'NEILL.  (Irma, was b. Long Island, NY dec'd as an ONEILL at about age 90 in CA in the 1990's abt 1998.  Irma & John HANDIBOE or "Jack" had only one child a John Micheal HANDIBOE, who was born in Washington DC, lives in No., CA.

John & Gladys' had only three children all boys, of which all are living (April 14, 2008) except Stephen Paul HANDIBOE, who died in recent years and was the youngest, who left one son, and had been married once and divorced.

The STONER-LITTLE-SMITH'S have a grave site, which I had been invited to see, in Prince Georges Co., Maryland.

Gladys' only brother died in recent years in Maryland  and had married an ARNOLD. He left a widow,
