Concert in the Park - Sacramento, CA

Several hundred people (my guess-timate) attended this event, held on July11th at Cesar Chavez Park in downtown Sacramento, California. Several local bands entertained and there were several food and beverage booths. Other attractions included face-painting, and a "balloon man" dressed in Mountain Man attire (really popular with the kiddies! Check out the photos included here). This was a great opportunity to get out and about with the family and take advantage of the balmy summer air after the heat of the day had passed - also an opportunity to enjoy some family togetherness and memorable moments that family members will look back on fondly in the future, and all at a cost that doesn't strain the budget (just the cost of whatever food & stuff you decide to spend on, since there was no admission cost!). I recommend that you watch for upcoming events of this type, and take advantage of them.
