Frank Delisle

I personally don't remeber Grandpa Frank, but the info I found on the 1920 and 1930 US CENSUS, basically states that the Family was broken up, and His children were raised as State Wards and Foster Children.  The Children was placed in seprate homes, with the exception of Two of the Girls, which stayed together, and one Daughter was raised in Canada. I remeber when I was real young, going to the US and Canada Boarder, to pick up or drop off memebers of the Family. I guess that is what some memebers of the Family did for their jobs.
