I just recently discovered that I am a relative of Davy Crockett, I am happy to read the account of his death. I know there is no proof, but this is how I would like to remember him...thanks Carole Wiseman

The early west had many colorful characters, but none moreso than the early day "Soiled Doves" and "performers" that set out west to make a better life for themselves.
