Page 2 of the MACR incorrectly states this to be 43-30370. Page 3 gives the correct serial as 42-30370. This can be verified by checking B-17 serial number lists, or sorting the MACRs by serial number.

This appears to be B-17F 42-29807, not 43-29807. 42-29807 falls in the middle of a block of B-17s; while 43-29807 would appear to be in a gap after a block of F-5s.
