    james Phillip Snyder was born 30 Oct 1857 in North Carolina. He married Nancy J. Mendenhall in 1882, and after her death, married Emma UNKNOWN. He died in Springfield on 22 Oct. 1944.

    William M. Smith was born 15 July 1840 and died 29 Jan. 1903. His sister, Delphina Emiline Smith (1833-1888) was married to John Osborn (1834-1896). They, along with their son, William Alfred Osborn (1866-1904), are also buried at the Oak Forest Cemetery, but their graves are not marked.

    Adam Ream was born 25 April 1830 in Pennsylvania to Nicklas Ream. He married his wife, Mary C. UNKNOWN around 1890. He served in Company I of the 39th Illinois Infantry during the Civil War. He died 24 Sept 1914 in Douglas County.
