Renner is presently serving as the executive officer of the Force Logistics Command’s third Military Police Battalion (3rd Military Police Battalion (MP Bn.)). Major Renner, who arrived in Vietnam during May of this year, will be one of the 185 Marines being transferred to the First Military Police Battalion for the remainder of their tour after the 3rd MP Bn. redeploys to the Unites States.
