I am amazed at the lack of information on-line about the common people of Philadelphia from 1800 till 1850. Tax List,Births, Deaths, Marriage, Jobs Held, Places of Employment,Type of employment etc. As important as Philadelphia was and is it sure is keeping what info it has to its self, or have I been searching the wrong web. jn11926@hotmail.comcommented on this Footnote Page.
