What jharris is doing on Footnote…

It was the RMS Titanic. Royal Mail Ship. Usually a ship would use the prefix only while contracted to carry mail for the British Royal Mail. Apparently the White Star Line had numerous mail contract businesses and prefixed the majority of it's ships in this way.made a comment on this Footnote Page. 23 Jan 2007
