Algiers - 4 Oct 1789 - James Anderson Requesting Relief For Impressed Men

In 1789, Algiers was in constant turmoil involving the British, represented by Charles Logie, The Muslems and Other European Countries. James Anderson found US sailors impressed as slaves. His letter to Washington requests assistance to free them.
