Birth records in Chester, Delaware, PA, found on Navy Widow's Certificate!

So few vital records are available for the 1800s in Chester, so church and cemetery records are very valuable. As is this Navy Widow's Certificate, which includes a list of birth dates of four children born in Chester. What a great find!
