Stephen Ward sends Congress account of British atrocities on civilians
This is a personal account of the atrocities committed on civilians around Fredericksburgh during the Revolutionary War. These acts seem only to strengthen the resolve of men like Stephen Ward to continue the fight to a successful conclusion.
