Freedmen by Treaty of 1866; Emancipation Proclamation Act

This document unequivically shows where the "Freedmen" (Negroid ancestry) were 'adopted' into the Seminole Nation (in Oklahoma Territory) by the "Treaty of 1866". Again, clearly there is adoption and force of the Emancipation Proclamation Act.

I wish that political senator woman in California understood how and when the Freedmen were forced into our nations. This would alleviate the problems with AGAIN, forcing the American Indian into providing for another people of another race.
