ShareWar Time - Time Keeping Standard
As noted by the History Lady, the U.S. Government instituted "War Time" as the time keeping standard during World War II. We read in Wikipedia. "During World War II, Congress enacted the War Time Act on January 20, 1942 ~~ to conserve resources."
