Thomas POOL, cornet, born 21 April 1753 of New London, Connecticut was POW
There is confusion among early Thomas POOLs. This Lieutenant Thomas POOL was husb. of Elizabeth ADAMS. If I recall correctly, author, Cutter has his lineage fouled up, as specified by IL Mss/bk, Lincoln Lib by Clark Noble Pool, so. IL Postmaster.
